This offer is available for eligible American Express Cardmembers ("Cardmembers") only. Cardmembers must enroll in the Tablet Plus Program (the "Program"), activate their Program membership, before booking qualifying reservations at participating hotels through the Tablet Hotels website or app in order to receive the benefits under the Program. Through the Program, Cardmembers will receive complimentary upgrades upon hotel check-in, based upon availability, and at least three (3) additional privileges as selected by each participating hotel. Booking must take place through the Tablet Hotels website or app. Privileges will be as described on the reservation confirmation. Should previously confirmed privileges become unavailable, Tablet Hotels will use its commercially reasonable efforts to get the participating hotel to provide compensation or equivalent privileges to the Cardmembers. If the participating hotel fails to provide compensation or equivalent privileges which satisfies the Cardmember, Tablet Hotels may at its own discretion remove this property from the list of participating hotels. Tablet Hotels will not be responsible for the fulfilment of Program benefits to Cardmembers who have not enrolled and activated their membership in the Program. Tablet Hotels will not be responsible for the fulfilment of Program member benefits for reservations that have not been booked through Tablet Hotels. Hotels may be added or removed from the Program at any time with or without notice. The benefits available under the Program in some cases may not be combined with other concurrent offers made by the participating hotels.
Enrollment in the Program and the benefits accruing thereunder are not transferable. Upon expiration of the complimentary two (2) year membership in the Program, Cardmembers will be able to renew their complimentary membership for an additional two (2) year term via the dedicated American Express enrollment landing page. Tablet Hotels will not refund any Cardmembers for memberships purchased prior to the launch of this offer. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the Program is governed by and Cardmembers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use found on the Tablet Hotels website and app. Cardmembers may cancel enrollment in the Program at any time by emailing amexplus@tablethotels.com. American Express reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
